What we do
A single point of contact for your jewellery project
We step in when the project needs to be clarified, prepared and monitored before going into manufacturing. Each request is analysed to turn an idea, a reference or a client brief into workable parameters: dimensions, metal, diamonds, setting style, finishing level and workshop constraints.
Depending on the project, we coordinate CAD framing, the sourcing of loose diamonds or small calibrated stones, manufacturing, setting, polishing and visual inspection before shipment.
Our role is not to promise a standard solution for every request. Our role is to frame the project, identify the right on-ground partners and follow each step with method, from Surat.

The team behind IMDIAM
I am Tomas, founder of IMDIAM, committed to building a clear and reliable bridge between French-speaking jewellery professionals and the manufacturing ecosystem of Surat.
The structure was born from a simple observation: many jewellery professionals already have their clients, their sales and their product standards, but not always the time or team available to follow every technical step of a diamond jewellery project.
From the brief to CAD, diamond selection, manufacturing, setting, polishing and visual inspection, every detail takes time, method and an on-ground presence. Our role is to take charge of this coordination from Surat, so the professional keeps a clear view of the project without having to manage every operational step themselves.
Our organisation relies on an in-house workshop in Surat for the manufacturing of diamond jewellery: technical preparation, manufacturing, setting, polishing and visual inspection. For diamond sourcing, we work with specialist partners to find loose diamonds or small calibrated stones suited to each project.
This organisation keeps a single point of contact on the client side, with clearly separated roles: manufacturing monitored in-house, diamond sourcing with specialist partners, visual inspection before shipment.
